About Us: We are a forward-thinking clinic dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brand-new Physical Therapy clinic in Forest Hills, Queens

We've just opened a unique clinic with a diverse caseload, including Neurology, Orthopedic, Pediatric, and Geriatric cases.

Unlike other clinics, we prioritize quality care over rushing appointments – patients are scheduled every 45 minutes, no double bookings!

We are a family-owned establishment, run by a husband who is a Physical Therapist and a wife who is an Occupational Therapist.

Together, we are building a unique and progressive environment that fosters growth, compassion, and unparalleled patient care.

That being said, our number 1 focus is to create the best jobs for fellow Physical and Occupational Therapists in NYC. We need your help to execute!

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Acquisition: Assist in attracting and onboarding new patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.

  • Scheduling: Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently.

  • Insurance Billing: Handle insurance billing processes accurately.

  • Communication Hub: Be the primary point of contact through telephone and email, maintaining clear and responsive communication.

  • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications:

Salary Range: $17-$20 per hour based on experience
